Pianist Itai Navon was born in Jerusalem and captivates audiences across Europe with his clear, profound interpretations, both as a soloist and a chamber musician. He has performed in renowned venues such as Wigmore Hall in London, the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, Victoria Hall in Geneva, and the Konzerthaus Berlin. Navon has appeared at prestigious festivals in Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, as well as in Hungary, Denmark, and the United Kingdom. As a soloist, he has collaborated with leading conductors including Matthias Pintscher, Yoon Kuk Lee, Yeruham Scharovsky, Avi Ostrowsky, and Giuseppe Mentuccia, and has performed with orchestras and ensembles such as the Anima Musicae Chamber Orchestra, the Boulez Ensemble, and the Israel and Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra. In the 2018/19 season, the pianist gave solo recitals throughout Europe as part oft the »Building Bridges« concert series. Navon participated in masterclasses with artists such as Murray Perahia, Emanuel Ax, and Angela Hewitt, and completed his studies at the Barenboim-Said Akademie in Berlin under Sir András Schiff.
