French soprano Emmanuelle de Negri is distinguished by her diverse repertoire and wide range of emotions. Since her acclaimed debut as Yniold in Debussy’s »Pelléas et Mélisande« and her interpretation of the title role in Pasquini’s oratorio »Sant’Agnese«, she has enjoyed a close artist collaboration with William Christie and the ensemble Les Arts Florissants. She regularly performs with leading French ensembles, including Pulcinella, Le Poème Harmonique, Le Banquet Céleste, Les Paladins, and Les Accents. Moving effortlessly from Monteverdi and Cavalli to Offenbach and Dukas, as well as Rameau and Mozart, the soprano has worked under prestigious conductors such as Riccardo Muti, René Jacobs, Raphaël Pichon, and Emmanuelle Haïm. Increasingly devoted to teaching, de Negri has led several masterclasses, dedicated to baroque music interpretation and taught a singing workshop at Bateau-Atelier in Dieppe. In 2025, she also took on the vocal and stylistic training of the academy members of William Christie’s most recent »Jardin des Voix«.
